Hello my pretties, I’ve missed you. Let’s start slow.


Time it marches on.

– Not sure if I completely agree that Illamasqua had nefarious intent with their newest ‘edgy’ ad campaign, but I think this would be a great time to seriously discuss the use of black face in American culture and whether any ‘acceptable’ way to use it actually exists.

– NetRoots seemed especially fantastic this year follow along here.
-Community fans are hosting the first ever Community Convention so we’ll have a ‘rare’ chance to talk about the show (separate from you know the internet).
Half of Sundance’s 2013 features were directed by women. It’s fantastic.
-We may be losing Cousin Matthew from Downtown Abbey.
SNL, Comedy, and Politics deconstructed a bit.
